Want the Sweet Beans trailer to stop by your private event?

- $125 Set-Up/Tear Down fee along with fuel surcharge 

- $10 per head (25 minimum persons)

     - we will distribute tickets for each person, additional beverage(s) can be purchased at regular price 

     - Serving Hours based on number of people at event, figured on a case by case basis 

- 16 oz. limited menu (you choose the menu)

- Within a fifty (50) mile round trip radius of Ankeny, Iowa 50023

     - over that radius we will charge the current federal mileage rate of $.625 per mile 

- Our trailer requires a thirty (30) amp circuit to operate, we have a fifty (50) cord if needed 

- if we need to supply power our generator is a $50 fee which includes the fuel 

     - if indoors generator will need to be outside so would need to be within fifty (50) of trailer 

- These fee's include our props for pictures (up to the event coordinator)
